Hi i just wanted to say i seen some say that the meter never goes past 100% and if it does all the TM is lost. That was something thats not true, and the reason i say that is phasma. When she uses her turn meter raise it not only pushes it to 100 but her meter is right at half full if not over, plus the toons that was already almost full has a 30 to 40% fill in thier TM box. I see this all the time in arena and in GW. Especially with phasma and clones or phasma with rey,QGJ, and EP. This is a major down fall in GW or Arena because when we use these toons it doesn't do this except for phasma, but when the computer uses them it does it everytime on me. I sent in a recording last month on it but all i got was a email about certain bugs in the game and that they will try to look in on it. The computer can use them beyond thier actual abilities and thats why i believe arena and GW is unfair at times. Hope i wasn't to off track on this post just thought this was a interesting post because of im trying myself to understand this new speed phenomenon.
