It is my understanding that they will not get the rewards if you kick them before the TW ends. If Thai isn’t the case (anymore) then I would like to know too :)
of course- this player probably has their best teams left for offence. I would keep them and hope you can pull this off with their help. You can remove them afterwards - maybe you don’t want them to get rewards - but it could help everyone else in your guild with rewards. Is there a chance that there was a language problem? If communication will be an issue you may still want to kick them- but maybe it wasn’t intentional? Are they new to your guild?
