If you've seen it happen, so be it. But her unique was rewritten that it should only work with new batch team members. The Darth Vader thing was also a TM loop issue as I recall.
Hopefully it won't become undefeatable this time, but we shall see. EA **bleep** Jones who has a clipboard at CG doesn't let bugs get prioritized very high, nor unintended interactions.
