4 sith empire and GBA is the safe bet. But I'll let someone else test it first

R5 GBA here, R2/3 rest. Genuinely, doesn’t matter if you use the right strats (g12 minimum of course, but it’s GTB and that’s just kind of the requirement, unfortunately). Reduce enrage, ability block AoE Jedi (actually easier at lower gear since Relics will one-shot them), attack all Jedi whenever needed to keep GBA’s TM ahead of Acklay towards the end, so you can dispel enrage...takes practice, for sure, but just remember that killing all Jedi is better than acklay moving faster than GBA can get an enrage dispel off (meaning stop attacking acklay if it’s mean aoe enrage is on cool down, since it feeds TM on every hit, and 30% on a mass assist, which is...a lot). Phew too long of a sentence, sorrrrryyy.

Stack spy’s stealth boost and you should hit for 500k+ at g12 at the end.

All that said, imma try a zero speed (max prot) thrawn just for kicks and gibbles. With GBA, maybe nihilus lead...no restrictions means let’s have fun for once, eh?

This is what I used last time. Was a breeze tbh. At g13 they have the survivability for the Ackley aoe.
I targeted the aoe Jedi the first time around and then just focused on ackley. I had to summon one other brute.

My thinking is the ackley is designed for geos, use them if you can.

No geos , Sith empire may be your best bet. Interested in what the community comes up with.

I can't wait to see all the hate posts from people who don't bother to read how the fight works and get wrecked by the first enraged AOE.

You will need GBA in your squad if you wish to use the Beast Warden ability and calm down the Acklay. GBA does not need to be in the leader slot, but he does need to be present. I'm working on an official post today that explains this in detail

You can reduce the acklay’s Tm. Should be able to use a fast zader empire/sith team. Maybe zader, tarkin, thrawn, TFP, and 1 other. I bet deathmark would do full damage. Using deathtrooper, kill a Jedi, throw deathmark on acklay, and kill with a few hits.

I was thinking along those lines. Wonder if nightsisters with ventress lead would work for TM reduction.

I'll hang fire and see if CG offers some clarity first ?
