What about really, really hard solo events instead of tournaments

Like a solo heroic mini-AAT raid or super GW that changes slightly from event to event to release new toons. Takes a bit of planning, thinking, quite a few different teams and doesn't take 3 hours. ...

It could honestly be the same damn event - I think I read someone who recommended you hit 'start' and you have exactly 1 hour to do as many fights as possible and climb as many ranks. Then you're locked in. Clearly speed of the win might count as much as anything..

It's clearly not worth doing a tournament that takes the MOST amount of time in game and provides the LEAST reward for 99.5% of the players.
