What Does Refreshing Fleet Shipments Actually Do???

Sometimes RNG isn't on your side. I went three days straight without seeing Maul in fleet and guild shipments when I had him at 97/100.

So its literally all just a random roll then?

Palpatine will be around a few days and then back every other month. I know how you feel and you want him now. I felt that way in August, got him in December, and got his 7☆ today.

Event will last for a week, so go easy on the refreshes. Make sure you check after every free refresh each day.

It's not scripted, it's as always... rng. I never had this problem with fleet/guild shipments, never had to wait days for 5-10 shards, so it's not a "bug" or on purpose.

OP why collect bistan for palp's event in the first place? There are at least a dozen other rebels who are much easier to farm and you don't have to be lucky to see them in fleet/guild shipments ..

I love Bistan as much as the next player, but spending 400 crystals for refreshes is a waste IMO. Better odds if you would have bought the fleet mega pack.

Bistan is one of the harder characters to farm from Fleet shipments- he only has a 1 in 3 chance for shards appearing in the 2nd column, fourth row down on fleet shipments. This is the only slot where his shards will ever appear. Other characters like Sun fac appear much more frequently because the script to generate their shards allows them to appear in multiple slots (Sun fac can appear in 4 different slots in fleet shipments, Geo Spy has chances in 2 slots, ect. There's a complete copy of the shard generation probabilities somewhere on the reddit.

spent 50 crystals today and 50 crystals yesterday and got him to 5* also got about 25 maul shards and 5 or 10 vaders over the last few days so its only a waste if hes all you were farming. definitely not 400 crystals worth
