What is a cleanse team?

You'd better be fast, I use a Zader and have beaten slower triple cleanse teams, with Zid, EP and TFP all over 235 speed, if they drop thier AOE first get some TM reduces then Zader hits his and it over. Can't dispell the DOT. Especially withSith trooper taunting. Zid can heal immunity on selected targets and chirrut heal over time is useless.
I'm sure if I had better mods , I'd climb the ladder more.
