Idk. I feel the game is no longer worth making long posts to explain our frustration. After they requested our feedback, the biggest overall complaint was lack if communication. After a weekend off, Monday is over and we heard nothing. Now we are all still wondering about GW, mod drop rate, mod credit cost, and more.
CG learned nothing and is back to their normal way of things. The game will not improve.
For me, silence from EA/CG is causing more frustration than the roller coaster changes made in the last 7 days. The optimist in me hoped that there would be some form of official communication from them today, but the realist in me knew that nothing would materialize.
With this latest debacle, it has become apparent that they don't think communication and customer service is an important aspect of their business. I doubt we will ever receive an apology or compensation for the problems their decisions created for us, their paying customers.
