TFP and boba are a great counter vs the regular wiggs lando st han teams, even without shore and EP. A good reason to farm empire / DS toons if you ask me.
Vs chaze teams it's a different story, but you can't really expect an easely farmable empire/DS team to compete with super hard to farm characters like chirrut and baze. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but it's more of a progression issue than a ballance issue.
