My chirrut/Jyn/Baze/Wiggs (Jyn lead) makes life really easy for me against palpy/Zader/TFP/RG/Drennic mix-and-match teams. But I was wondering what those non-TiTO/Chaze/drennic/rebels teams kill these cookie-cutters that one sees everyday in arena?

Rex lead, wiggs, boba, baze. Never lost a character to a zader squad with this team :)

Sometimes I will switch things up depending on who I am facing, subbing B2 for Vader, or ST For Vader if they have a B2 (since there is zero point of having a tank vs B2).

Yeah b2 counters, but then you lose another member of your empire team with weak sauce b2 shooting blanks every 5 seconds. Just like you beat my team on offense, I also beat your team on offense.
