When is Kylo Ren's rework happening?

Any idea when are we getting the details on what has changed for Kylo Ren? And when is he getting the rework? February 1st? I'd like to know as soon as possible so I can start farming him in case h...

I've loved the toon and his kit from day 1.. never went over Gear 8 though cos he is super pants. Hopefully that gets fixed - actually have all FO toons levelled too as I thought faction synergies would be roughly equal in arena. This was back when we were simple farming folks living off the land and worshipping the big yellow thing in the sky.
