Something to give Separatists more than five ships. Maybe Dooku's Solar Sail Ship from the end of Episode II, or perhaps a Tri-Fighter droid ship from the opening fight of Episode III.

The Tri-Fighter is cool. I don't like the Solar Sail as a combat ship. Personally my favorite ship in teh SW universe is Asajj's Ginivex Fanblade, and that's a Seppie ship.

Honestly, besides Luke's Red 5, to finally make Home One viable I would like to see either Old Republic fleet or some random ships, like Starkiller's Rogue Shadow, Luthen's Fondor or maybe even Dooku's Solar Sailer.
Or, hear me out, Hondo's saucer. First ever neutral ship.
