and my number #1 would also be Mod's... Let us make Mod-Sets, let them be swapped from Toon to toon, also an easier managment of mods (find & search), somebody mentioned a history of mod-leveling, i second that (maybe have the initiate secondaries be in a different color/bold, so you could see at one glance how that mod started).

and number #2 ... (i know only one) : Fix the Chat, add Chat notify icons and give us OPTIONS, let me turn off this and that.
