Why am I not in Kyber

Aurodium to Kyber is a 'League' change.  You will only do that when the new leagues/divisions are formulated and squished for next season.

Note:  Although I said 'end of season' that's not actually correct.  It will happen 'between seasons'.

This is a typo.  K1 should have been K4.

Did you see the screen shot I attached? My skill rating is 3134. When I click leaderboard the top for Kyber 5 is 2969 and towards the top of Kyber 4 is where my 3134 would fall but it keeps not moving me up. So is there no way to move divisions mid season ? 

You're in A1 but are only now noticing it?!  This is (for me) an issue with our current format.  Although, you move divisions when you have the required points, you only move leagues at the end of seasons.  Therefore, your points are continually growing in A1 vs A1 opponents.  Then you'll get promoted straight to K1 (next season) and then you'll be squished (higher I think) towards (but not reaching) K3.  The you'll see a real change in difficulty, possibly get relegated to Aurodium again rinse & repeat.  Top/Bottom of leagues is a real whirlpool.
