Why ask support when you can ask the internet
I have a current issue with my game. The basic gist is that any character hard nodes that I do will not change the number of battles left. It still says "(5)".
If I come in later and sim a couple battles from a hard node that I know I have already done 5 battles on, it Sims the battles but doesn't ever give more toon shards.
It's inconvenient because I am working on 7 Toons and it's hard to remember which hard nodes I have already done.
Any way, I am not actually looking for an answer to this. I mainly came on here to post the response I got from CG technical support. It's pretty idiotic. Brace yourself.
Supports Response to my inquiry:
"I would like to inform you that the information contained in our games is quite vast that is why sometimes it is not possible for us to help with in game related queries. In order to get best answer for in game related quarries we ask the customers to post their concern on forums.
https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/"
If that isn't a crappy I-don't-want-to-do-anything-today tech support response, I don't know what is.
Basically the answer is. The game is really really really big long words hard to help with. Go ask someone else who we don't have to pay.
Well, they told me where I could go. And here I am!
