Why extremely rare event

To push you to buy now ? To let people who have full rebels teams get something that makes them feel special for awhile? I personally would have preferred if an empire team would have been the key...

Just hope they put it on a timer like Yoda so we know exactly when it's coming back. Wouldnt even care if it was 2-3 months if i knew when it was coming. Hopefully not as extremely rare as the empire event
