Y-Wing droprate

Well, just went 3/38 farming fleet nodes. If that's the droprate, I'll be having Y-Wing somewhere next year. I remember the droprates were A LOT better with Ebon Hawk and Palp's Shuttle...

So earlier today I spent 150 crystals refreshing ship energy, altogether I simmed 31 battles. I only received 1 ship shard. How is this consistent? Should average to be 1 out of 3. Not 1 out of 31.
