Yoda challenge sucks

6☆ Yoda destroyed my team. My Ima Gundi is only 5☆ and he is a must for leader. Only way to win is with counter attackers. Old Ben is no use as Yodas biggest problem is his auto attack grants him dodge every single time. He hits for 3-5k and my healers cannot keep up. You really need a 7☆ counter team to beat him at 6☆. Idealy with Ima Gundi as Leader, with Kit, Aayala, Quigon and Lumi.

But with all that being said after looking at his skills i think hes just average at best. Like Vader and Kylo you want him so bad but once you get him you wont be using him very much. He is not a critical character like Sidious, Phasma or Lumi is for example. So im not stressing about the Yoda challenge too much. Still waiting for ROTJ Luke...

Haha yeah! I've personally not gone for many jedi characters but have a lot of other strong characters! I can see this being a recurring thing with events as well, needing full teams of a certain type which could become very frustrating

No it's not. I've only ever purchased one 8x chromium. But I'm a heavy dolphin in refills and toon packs. I put in the legwork grinding toons and was able to unlock him at 5*. I'm hoping to get enough to 6* him this week. If not I'll get 7* next time it comes around.

who knows when the event will be back.

I only have luminara and JC also, now I have to get toons that I dondt even want, in order to get yoda... thats lame

Most likely once per month. The iOS store hinted at it.

It is very disappointing to see. It should have allowed atleast some option to do the lower levels without 5 Jedis. Now the challenge is only available to older players. New players will just have to wait for whole month.

The devs messed us all over, they shouldve announced these event plans a month ago so we had time to get 5 5* jedi but no they give us a week notice. Its infuriating the only players who will get yoda are people who paid money, & players who thought jedi were gonna be good so they farmed em from the beginning but jedi are severely weak when compared to Sith.

You don't want Jedi... yet you want Yoda? I mean, at least most Jedi are cool and synergetic. It's not like they're forcing you to make a Hoth-Endor crossover team.

As a very weak P2P player (less than $20 into the game) I normally side with the f2p plight. But I think you are WAY off base here.

1) They DID announce it a week in advance - which is more than most games do. And now you know for next month.

2) Players that pay SHOULD have an advantage and get stuff sooner. If they didn't, what in the world would be the incentive to pay? A p2p player should ALWAYS be stronger sooner than a f2p player if both grind and play the game intelligently.

3) Jedi are not severely weak. I have a 7* Lumi, and 6* JC and 6* Ahsoka - and I can pretty much throw anyother of my stronger toons in with them (usually Sid and Dooku or Sid and Phas) and they romp and stomp in GW.
