Does each encounter start off with an automatic 20% TMG? Therefore adding 20% speed at the start?

All Sith start each battle/encounter with 20% tm and in stealth.

And guaranteed crit on siths first move!

Isn't it Crit Immunity? And its only while they are in stealth.

They get crit immunity while in stealth and when they take their turn they have advantage which is guaranteed crit!
