Zeta Mats in Fleet Shipments; what level!?!?

You need to be level 82 to use them. They unlock at 81. Where the heck do you guys get your inaccurate information....

Settle down... You need to be level 82 or 84 to use them anyway...

They used to unlock at 82 and usable at 83, but over a years time they lowerd the requriements to unlock at 81 and usable at 82.
