Does Dark Bastilla’s CBM still apply when she skips a turn

Does anyone know if this is WAI? If you use DR insanity special and applies fear to the entire team, and your opponent’s Bastilla is supposed to go next but skips a turn due to fear, it still applies ...

Most decent LS Revans beat both, mines 297 pre leadership, I hide from the Malaks though!

Regardless, I found that I can weather the Drevan storm / HK / fractures, Dark Bastilla cannot be allowed to do her thing!
