Does anyone know if this is WAI? If you use DR insanity special and applies fear to the entire team, and your opponent’s Bastilla is supposed to go next but skips a turn due to fear, it still applies CBM to your entire team. Shouldn’t skipping a turn also prevents CBM from being applied? Which dev should I send this question to?

I think the way it’s coded is how they intend it to work. Basically, when Bastilla reaches 100% TM, regardless of what happens after, enemies get CBM. It’s probably something like: Bastilla’s turn begins, she immediately applies CBM, then Fear forces her to skip a turn instead of the other way around. So it depends on the order coding. The wording on the abilties is just there to confuse you.

She doesn't "skip a turn." She takes a turn, but just can't do anything because of Fear. Passive abilities still work.

Then that’s not really skipping a turn lol!

Does Dark Bastilla’s CBM still apply when she skips a turn

It's almost the same as stun.

In stun, start of turn and end of turn both trigger. For example:
SoT: DoTs effects on character
EoT: -1 to all cooldowns

In stun, character cannot use abilities, assist or evade.

Those are the same in Fear.

Difference comes on +1 to cooldowns on apply Fear and being dispelled on attacking the character.

So yes, it is WAI

It's the same as stun. Skipping a turn means no active abilities. Her tm still resets, her cooldowns still decrease by 1, and passives still apply.

Most decent LS Revans beat both, mines 297 pre leadership, I hide from the Malaks though!

Regardless, I found that I can weather the Drevan storm / HK / fractures, Dark Bastilla cannot be allowed to do her thing!
