Does your imperial tie fighter ever evade?

Been using it in fleet arena for a couple days. While on offense I've seen it evade two maybe three total attacks when it doesn't have foresight. When I see one on defense it evades at least that many every battle. And I've seen my other ships evade more often than I see it evade

While we all know the AI bias is true, a ship that is built on evade that evades less than regular ships has to be broke.

Please fix

    Personally I find he dodges enough of the time to be worth using under my tarkin ship lead.
    Enemy TIEs always seem to dodge more though, which is odd given my TFP is 7* Level 85 G11 fully modded.

    Maybe your tie fighter pilot isn't geared enough? Mine regularly dodges and has a very tanky feel despite not having any protection. Have seen 8 straight dodges once and he soloed 3 people

    I have fought against several that were very dodgy. Using special abilities on them can be risky. So i usually use normal attacks. So ye it an annoyance.

    TFP is gear 8 level 80 and working on getting him higher. He dodged a couple more the last fight so maybe it's getting better. Have the TF at 5 almost 6*. Found a decent strategy with him that is helping him last longer now.

    Yep, gear is your issue. Mine is G11 and dodges regularly - I don't record stats, but my perception is more than 50% of the time.

    Mine dodges all the time. When I use Maul's special, I give the Tie Fighter retribution and stealth the rest. Then it has protection and hits back like a truck, or dodges and give my capital ship TM.

    This was my technique to make him last longer. Plus with Boba attack all Target locked special attack can wreck some ships quick.
