280/330 Jedi Training Rey Shards even though I completed the event

So, I did the Jedi Training Rey Event to completion (As is shown in the attached image), but I did not apparently receive all the shards. It seemed as I came across the same issue that others had regarding this where the game crashed after finishing one of the event battles (I think it was the one with Finn, Han, and Chewie for me) and it did not register that I got those shards. I did ask support first and they acknowledged the issue, but I never got the rest of the shards. So, I hope that this may bring better attention to this issue. Thank you!
