$50 Apple Gift Card from Target did not give Rewards

I bought 2 Apple gift cards under the new promotion. I redeemed the $25 card and got the rewards in game. I then bought a $50 card, redeemed it and I have not received my rewards. No crystals, shards or anything. I reached out to EA help, but no response yet. I’ve also tried the usual things I’m told to do, I clicked the restore purchase button. Nothing. I restarted the game. Nothing. I restarted my phone. Nothing. I really need some help please.

Me too. I got a code, I entered it into Itunes, I have an order ID, and it shows in my purchase history, but nothing in game.

I reached out via in game support at your recommendation.

Unfortunate…my son bought the guild relic pack for me and it didn’t send. After 2 months, tons of emails, screen shots, going to multiple different EA websites and posting like they requested.  I got,  “contact Apple, you are SOL.”  

EA has absolutely horrible customer service, worst mobile I’ve ever seen.  They could care less about their customer. 

EA told me they cannot do anything about it.  😞

I purchased the $25 and $50 gift cards on the target website. When I went to redeem the $50 I got a message saying the content bonus is currently unavailable.

Gunner. EA support is not helping at all. They keep saying Apple can help. Apple cannot issue items for 3rd party apps. That doesn’t make sense that they would be able to do it. You guys need to get on this as it’s considered false advertising. You’re advertising something and not providing that product. EA support in game is completely useless. No help what so ever. 

I had this issue also. $25 card worked fine, $50 card gave no bonus content. I've been trading messages with EA Help for 2 weeks. I've sent screenshots showing the error, screenshots showing proof of purchase. The last message I got was "Could you please share the exact error you are facing?"  I mean, it's the one in the screenshot we've been talking about for 2 weeks.

EA Help is not getting this figured out. Given that this is happening to multiple people CG needs to address this. Certainly CG can tell what content I redeemed and was given. How hard is it to look at my error message and proof of purchase, see I never redeemed the content, and send it to me?

Now EA support says they checked my account and I already received my 3685 crystals, 4M credits, 30 T6 training droids, and 330 JKA and DV shards. I said, yeah, I know. That's the rewards from the $25 gift card - NOT the $50 on. Please re-read your own promotion. I should have 2 bonus content, but the crystals should be doubled.

I don't understand how they cannot even read their own promotion - OR the info I sent 13 days ago explaining all this, with screenshots and everything.
