Same here, nothing back from EA at all. I like the thought of asking for all the money back that we have spent. I wish they were more responsive, however, the more I read the worse it gets. This is 3rd day as well and super frustrating!

My Bluestacks Air behaves strangely. In its settings all time settings are set to automatic, it has the correct time zone, but the time it has is about 13 hours behind the actual time zone. Does it somehow work because of that?
