banned account

Hello,

Last Friday evening, my account was banned without any clear explanation, and I do not understand the exact reason behind this sanction. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating “repeated violations.” However, I have never received any warning, either in-game or by email, regarding inappropriate behavior.

If there has been an actual violation, I would genuinely like to know what it is so I can understand the situation and correct myself if necessary. It is difficult to adjust your behavior without knowing exactly what you are being accused of.

My main goal is to make sure that I have followed the correct steps to request an unban and to find out whether there is any way to speed up the review process. I have already contacted EA Support, but they were not able to provide helpful information or move the case forward. After that, I found this form myself and submitted it : docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdl5hIU4MVdlsVjoEWB-VtSndZRMq8CbIJJR7QxmXRxDdid4g/viewform

Is this the full and correct procedure, or is there anything else I should be doing? Does anyone have experience with typical response times or advice on how to move this process forward? Time is passing and I am unable to access the game, which means I am missing in-game activities.

Lastly, I am posting here to seek constructive advice and helpful information. Comments intended only to provoke or judge the situation are not helpful, so please reply only if you have relevant or useful input to share.

Thank you for your help !

'Repeated violations' is actually the standard message.  There isn't actually a 'warning' system.  Basically, if you use outside hacks to aid your game, you're account is finished.

I don't believe there is a way to speed up the process.  Actually, there is a 'cheat' discord.  I'm not sure of the address, but if you really are innocent (and you know if you are or not) then it's probably worth paying it a visit.

    Unfortunately, this is the way.

This is the correct procedure.  What happens after this.....who knows?

What we do know is that it is this information is viewed.  If they saw a clear cheat in your account, then nothing will happen.  If a mistake has been made (very rare) then your account will be unlocked.

You know if you've cheated or not.  If you haven't, then trust in the process.  If you have, you aren't getting the account back and move on.

As accounts interact with other players', it's impossible to rewind any progress made with hacking.  Therefore (and quite rightly) any accounts that have benefited from hacks will not and cannot be reopened.

So, you know if it's worth proceeding with or not.  However, they will know if you have/have not used outside hacks on your account.
