banned account

Hello,Last Friday evening, my account was banned without any clear explanation, and I do not understand the exact reason behind this sanction. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating “repeated violations.” However, I have never received any warning, either in-game or by email, regarding inappropriate behavior.If there has been an actual violation, I would genuinely like to know what it is so I can understand the situation and correct myself if necessary. It is difficult to adjust your behavior without knowing exactly what you are being accused of.My main goal is to make sure that I have followed the correct steps to request an unban and to find out whether there is any way to speed up the review process. I have already contacted EA Support, but they were not able to provide helpful information or move the case forward.
