"banned for no reason" / "banned for coliseum glitch

I can't understand why I was banned. I bought shards for new characters in the Ages, spent crystals, and because of this, I had a good rating in the Colosseum. My guild members were also banned, even though they were also successful in the Colosseum. Please look into this strange ban.
