I bought and paid for Jawa Merchant bundle 2. I did it on the web page and the in game through Google. I might have messed up but you took my mo ey from both the app in store and the web store and I did not receive either purchase. Please give me my money back or my stuff. If I can only buy it one time, refund one purchase and give me my stuff.
I purchased 2 one came through the other 1 hasn't, it's sat in my PayPal as EA haven't processed the payment. I purchased both through the webstore not in game, as I was out in the USA (from UK) and it was reduced due to the exchange rate. In game still had it as £ but the webstore had it in $, so chose that option. I've had no reply yet from the support section in game just the AI bot getting you started in the chat nothing after that.
