Bought the inquisitor’s LSB, didnt get it and cant see it on the webstore.

I bought the LSB, got charged for it. Didnt receive it or the parsecs on the webstore. I tried restoring purchases nothing happened. Help? The pack also disappears from the webstore. Ally code: 472-7...
