Bought the Jedi Knight Revan LSB and didn’t receive anything

I’ve just bought the JKRevan LSB and not revived anything. The purchase said it went though and I was ‘all set’ but then came up with a cancellation. I checked my bank account and have been charged. I’ve also restarted the client multiple times and have still not received anything. Any help would be appreciated.
