BUG or terrible Feature? Where’s farmable Flawed Signal Data? Missing? Removed?

We had a node using Cantina Energy ( the rare red currency) but I can longer see it from the Flawed Signal Data where to obtain it. Only purple crystals purchases, real money purchases, or current Territory Battle rewards.  WTF. Another horrible buggy patch or CG just limiting our progress without spending real money?
