It's honestly so weird. There are people who are flagging: We want to spend money with you but can't - really abysmal approach in dealing with paying customers. Not even an acknowledgment of the problem or confirming Hey there, so sorry but we can't fix this due to XYZ - simpy the old ignore game and hope people give up and go away.
