I would put my email address in to get the verification code from swgoh to log in to webstore but the emails never came. I tried many times. I checked all my spam folders etc. and nothing.
So I tried unlinking my account and I was going to relink my account to try fix the problem and now I can’t relink my account at all.
the in app help was useless as well.
anyone else had this issue and managed to find the solution?
On my side, it's working again. I finally got the code.

Dont worry about me anymore. Tried to contact ea support. Nothing. So i decided to quit the game. Too much problems with one simple mobile game. Good luck to other guys, hope it will be sorted out soon for you.

I am also experiencing the same issue since yesterday. Code not being sent, checked in all the obviously places. I reset my password, but that didn’t resolve the issue. FYI unable to log a support ticket as EA ask for ‘platform’ after you choose ‘Swgoh’ and this field cannot be completed. It sounds like an issue worth further investigation on EA’s end. Wish I could log that ticket too…
