Can`t buy any LSB on PC (UA)

Hello there.
I live in Ukraine and faced the following problem:
When I try to buy any LSB I get the following error(screenshot).
I googled the error code and did not find any suitable answer to solve the problem.
The problem is that I can't even try to enter data for purchase, I get the error window right after clicking on the price of the set.
Please help me because I want to buy a bundle in this way, because when buying through mobile and not through the pc client I have to overpay more than 20% of the cost, which for a couple of bundles would turn into another bundle for 10 dollars.
