Can't login to my account

Question

Well, when I load the game, it just loads a new game. When I click on have an account and login to my ea account, when the game tries to load it pops up with an error (9.78 I think) and gives me an option to restart or get help.

Well the help is pretty useless. The only thing I can conclude from the articles I read, something musta happened to my google play data.

My other issue is no matter how much I look, there is like no way to create a ticket and get any help. Maybe you can't help me login in to my game anymore, but I can't even find a way to speak with a real person. And, I'm sorry, but your bot never gives me an option to speak with someone, so, not very helpful for me.

Anyway, is there any way to contact you and at least confirm continuing this game is no longer an option? My alliance is at least wondering what's happening since it's been like, 2 weeks...

When heroes encountered the&nbsp;error code: 9.78, logging out and back into the client and trying again in-game got rid of it.&nbsp;

If you're playing on iOS, could you try logging out of the Game Center and back in before loading up the game again?
For Android, try the same, just for the Google Play Store instead.&nbsp;
For the EA app, just log out and back into the EA account on the EA app before trying again in-game

If that doesn't work out, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.&nbsp;
If all else fails, our support team may be able to help. To reach them, open a support ticket from within the game using these steps. Keep a copy of your Ally Code / Player ID (for the account you're looking to restore) and share it with our support team to help speed things up.&nbsp;

You're saying I should try and log out of the google play store and back in, and the same with my EA app, and then try to log into the game once more?

Well, apparently I can login to SWGOH on the EA app, but still can't login on my android.&nbsp; I'm trying to reach them through help on my laptop, but it shoots me to a web browser; and the whole create a ticket process is very sketchy.&nbsp; It says it creates it, but I don't get a notification that it was created or anything like that.&nbsp; Have done that process 3x and have yet to get a response.&nbsp; Is there an actual way to submit a ticket?
