CERE 2nd special against DI locks game

it seems during all game modes that when using the second special against a target with DI it starts to lock up the game. the buttons disappear and eventually all activity stops. this happens whether it is your cere or the opponent. i have attached 3 pictures showing the game locked up after the cere second special. the time counts down but no activity takes place.  i have recreated on IOS and PC client
