Issue resolved, I was able to cancel the pending transaction and the bundle appeared in game. Purchase worked the second time around. I don’t believe I was charged twice either.

The bundle briefly reappeared in the store, and when I clicked on it and it said there was a problem and to try again later. The bundle is now gone from the store again.
