Charged twice for Jedi Knight Revan Lightspeed Bundle

Over on the SWGOH Webstore I clicked to purchase the JKR LSB, for 30s that I waited nothing happened no indication of a purchase being processed, I clicked purchase a 2nd time and it went through, I then immediately received a notification from my banking app that I was charged £9.99 twice and emails to back that up, I contacted EA Help In-game and their response can also be seen in one of the attachments they didn't help me.

They say that I had already claimed both of the "JKR" LSB therefore I can't get a refund, how does that even work? they robbed £9.99 and I didn't even receive crystals in return what the actual Funko pop! if it is true that I claimed somehow both the JKR LSB shouldn't I then have 2 of each character? how can I buy JKR LSB twice? YOUR WEBSTORE BUGGED OUT! make it make sense!

I've been playing this game for over 2 years haven't missed a day, and since the day i've been playing i've been spending money on this game in fact ive been spending money over on the webstore where they make larger profits and not the 30% cut that apple normally would take, and CGs response is they can't help me, they know what they're doing is wrong, at the very least give me the crystals for the £9.99 I got absolutely nothing.
