Connection Lost Issue (Android/Play Games)

I cannot log into the game keep getting that connection Lost issue popup (screenshot attached).

I tried a different VPN (run VPN but default), no VPN, mobile vs home Wi-Fi, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted phone, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game...no luck.

I am also able to play as guest with a new account so the really seems like a technical issue with the Google Play account handoff with EA/CG.

We are in the middle of RoTE and I cannot deploy beyond the other issues this will cause.
