Conquest Ascension - Tier Overview doesn't load

I have the same problem, i purchased all the steps until Tier 11 (which is free), and now i can't open the last one to claim the rewards.

The game gets stuck in a loading screen, when the store button is clicked (see screenshots).

The problem is on both, mobile (android) and PC Client.
