Conquest Consumables Bug

I was using my first of two deployable cooling systems for a battle and let the battle time out. After the battle was done, I noticed that it consumed the tech. I got what I wanted done so I didn't want to use the other one that I had. However, I wasn't able to remove the tech. I tried to switch the tech out for another one (Rey [dark side]) and I got a popup to change. I clicked on confirm and then the Deployable Cooling Systems was gone. I switched to a Rey (dark side) tech again I lost another tech. I ran a battle that I won and then the tech slot was empty.  I was hoping to get one of the deployable cooling systems back or an explanation of what happened.
