Credited Crystals Instead of my lightspeed bundle?

I had purchased the raddus lightspeed bundle and It ended up going to my inbox, upon claiming it, it said there was an error and I was given crystals instead? I tried reaching out to EA help but they said they can't do anything? surely a dev can help?
