I can’t claim the rewards for 245 or 295 shards.  I also reported it and they initially said it was fixed and then after I replied back a couple times, they said it was a known issue that they are working on.

Same here with 330 shards. “Tech Support” told me they see zero CX-2 shards in my account (although I have a 7 star toon) and then unhelpfully referred me to this link.

This is far beyond the level of absurdity I can even comprehend ...
