Darth Revan journey - tier 2 error has occurred

As you can see I completed tier two today, on completion but before the rewards screen I got a pop up stating an error had occurred and the client would be restarted. After the restart the event shows as above - did not receive the 55 Darth Revan shards or the gear items that are in that node. Tried rerunning but it says already completed and after the run no rewards received.

Completed the rest of the journey and now have this:

Opened a  EA ticket in game, we know how that's going to go. So what do I do now?
