@KingSimba109 Does your Bariss have a zeta? Is it possible that on a critical hit someone dropped below 50% and then Zariss heal brought then back above 50% so you never saw a yellow?
In this situation I would still expect jka to take his bonus turn (and therefore also Padme since you have jka zeta). The reasonable possibilities I can think of:
1) Bastila fallen already had 100% turn meter and the game have her the next turn before jka's.
2) there's a bug where jka bonus turn didn't trigger if the health drops below 50% and immediately heals
Any chance these scenarios have already been ruled out, @EA_HighCommand ?

Unfortunately, I do not have a video of this as I was not expecting it to happen or to make this post. And yes, every other time I have fought Darth Revan the deathmark has worked as it is supposed to. The deathmark applies but then Anakin takes his turn followed by Padme and then it's gone. I do have zeta Barriss so it may have been possible that someone fell under 50% health and was then immediately brought back above, but that still raises the question of why neither bonus turn was triggered from Anakin or Padme.
