still not solved.
And won't be for a few days,I have the same problem with Wat Tambor LSB and I texted EA help,wrote here twice as well,and nothing since
I had the same problem 1 month ago and they resolved it in 12h,I dont know why it takes this long now nor why this happens this frequently
