Did not receive swgoh apple gift card rewards

I have been trying to get your customer support to help me with this and they have stopped all communication. They will not acknowledge me after sending me unrelated articles and telling me that Apple is responsible for this.
I bought the $50 Apple gift card through Target and checked all of the requirements before purchase. It was not a holiday gift card and I bought it within the time frame. Immediately upon applying the funds to my account I received an error message stating that I would receive an email with a link to the bonus content within 7 days. It has been 8 days and still no email. Will someone please help me with this as the only reason I bought the $50 gift card was because of the advertised bonus content for SWGOH. According to the support at Apple when I applied the funds, the App Store “sent a request” to the developer for the email and it was denied most likely due to an error. I’m not asking for anything outrageous here. Just what was advertised. Customer service through the game app has been incredibly unhelpful and outright condescending.

    I did reach out to them. They have not responded to me for 3 days. They won’t close the ticket so I can open another one to get someone that will actually help me , because this person will not help me. Not sure if it matters but it says his name is Rohit.

    That’s how I have been attempting this. Through the EA chat in-game.

    I spoke with apple several times already they say it is an EA/Capital games issue. When I applied the funds to my account the App Store sends a message to EA/Capital games to send the email. Apple said for some reason when that request was sent, EA/Capital games denied the request for the email automatically due to a glitch or error.

    Has this been resolved? Currently in the same position. Ea is literally no help, my ticket says “waiting for player” but I have 0 options but close the ticket. Apple has stated to me very clearly this is a promotion with ea and it’s ea problem to be fixed.
