Didn’t get the Chewie Lsb characters bug

Hello,  I bought the chewbacca Lsb however it said there was an error and when I tried to go to the shop, the lsb was gone and I didn’t get the characters . Can someone help?  Here is my ally code ...

You were not charged and purchase failed the checkout. Please reboot the game and check if the bundle is visible again.

    I have restarted my game and yet i do not see the bundle anywhere.

        I don't think so because i normally get an email saying that i paid. And i didn't recieve anything.
