Didn't get progress on Kessel after purchase in web store

As the title states, I made a purchase on the web store but did not receive progress on Kessel Run. I previously already had some progress through a LSB purchase and the daily quests, and received progress just fine for those. However when I purchased a crystal pack, I did not get the added progress. I have attached screenshots showing the previous/current progress, and proof of purchase.
